Exchange between medium-sized companies and young scientists

“For us as a medium-sized family enterprise it is very important to exchange ideas with the local universities and technical colleges”, says Susanne Szczesny-Oßing, Chairwoman of the EWM Supervisory Board. “We want to play an active part in sparking the highly qualified students’ interest in companies of the Westerwald region”.

In the context of the ever-increasing globalisation it is our aim to further promote the exchange between companies and academics. With this in mind we welcomed 65 students from the WHU Vallendar Business School.

The students of the Bachelor of Science programme specialising in ‘International Management’ showed great interest in our state-of-the-art welding technology.
