New building close to the A1 motorway

On Friday 6 July 2018 we opened our new location in the upper Austrian municipality of Eberstalzell.

Designed as a technology and knowledge centre, the new location beside the A1 motorway is the place to go for all technical welding requirements in Austria. As well as the latest EWM welding machines, there are also welding robots and automation components for practical applications available.

“The brand-new building at our convenient location in Eberstalzell was a once-in-a-lifetime chance for us to set up and organise our premises in accordance with our needs”, explains Heinz Stephan, Director of EWM Austria.

In addition to practical demonstrations and informative specialist presentations on the Titan XQ puls and Welding 4.0, attendees at the grand opening were also given the chance to participate in a Formula 1 simulator challenge and win a Pico 160 set.

The presentations were rounded off by the fantastic compering of television presenter Silvia Schneider.
